Why "Tear drops of the Heart"
I chose the name ‘Teardrops of the Heart’ for my counselling practice because I feel very strongly about what isn’t seen on the outside.

Just as the heart can continue beating even when it's disconnected from the body, so are the tears in our hearts that are hidden and disconnected from the world. It’s impossible to know what’s going on deep within unless we open our hearts and minds, ideally in a safe and empathetic space that is free of judgement.
From a young age, I have always wanted to help people feel better about themselves. It wasn't until I had really experienced the highs and lows of life, that I realised how much pain we carry even though it can appear that we are fine on the outside.

These experiences led me on my journey to achieve personal wholeness, and this is what I offer my clients.

Since beginning my training in 2013, and later entering into private practice, I have supported a wide variety of clients through their counselling journeys.
